When Ribeye was created, the goal was simple — to develop creative and delicious menus, whether serving 10 or 1,000. Ribeye prescribes to the philosophy that out of all of our senses, we eat with our eyes first. That’s why our main focus is creating excellent presentations of food that taste as great as they look.
Today, our team of talented professionals continue to inspire with creative new ideas and designing spectacular bespoke menus around locally sourced produce — with the importance placed on sustainability and provenance.
We make sure the ingredients are ethically sourced and seasonal where possible and come from carefully selected suppliers and sustainable, ethical, and fully traceable sources.
With these fresh ingredients and range of culinary skills, Ribeye is able to produce a multicultural range of dishes, which is completely in tune with the socio-diversity of our clients.
Our team knows that every event is different and unique, so we will tailor your needs to fit your palate and budget.
We recognise that weddings, dinner parties, and birthday parties are significantly different from corporate lunches, charity balls, and barbecues. Budget, theme, ambience, and dietary requirements will vary from client to client — and that’s why we deliver accordingly.
Our enthusiasm for food and service means we satisfy every palate and critic. We proudly cater for guests who follow gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, halal and raw food diets.
