Based on the isle of Wight Claremonte Holiday home is a self catering accommodation that sleeps 10 people. 

On the top floor you will find 2 large bedrooms, the one facing the front is a double bedroom with a kingsize bed, and en-suite shower room with sink and WC.  The one at the back overlooking the park has twin beds.  The middle floor contains 2 further bedrooms and a family bathroom, with shower over the bath.  The first bedroom has twin beds and adult size bunkbeds.  The second bedroom has a four poster kingsize bed. 

The ground floor has a porch where you will find buckets, spades, fishing nets, windbreaks and even a boat all the things you need for your trip to the beach. In the front door you will find a large entrance hall that is also the home for the house PC, you get a PC to use for the internet and also FREE wifi for your own devices. (laptops, phones etc)  There is a lounge that has 3 sofas 2 x 3 seaters and 1 x  2 seater, a large TV with Sky Movies and sport, a selection of DVDs to play and a toy box with games for the children.  The kitchen has a range style cooker, microwave, fridge freezer with ice and water on tap, dishwasher and the large table and chairs.   Everything you will need to cook for 10 people is supplied. 

There is also a toilet and sink. The last room on this floor is the utility room with the washing machine and tumble dryer, this leads out to the garden where there is a washingline, table and chairs, BBQ and parasol.
