Kumud Gandhi is the founder of The Cooking Academy and it’s her passion for combining of food science, nutritional value and great taste that has driven our approach to teaching. In our classes we explain the chemical composition, Ayurvedic and herbal values of food. We design recipes that are nutritionally rich, visually appealing, and taste divine.

The Cooking Academy has a worldwide reputation for specialist food teaching and highly authentic cookery classes.
